Built on a 1.06 ha site, the upcoming 65-storey skyscraper consists of a luxury mall, a residential portion and a luxury hotel component.
Being one of the world’s tallest Four Seasons Hotel, together with Four Seasons Private Residences, this RM2.8 billion development will complete the seamless integration of luxury, comfort and refined elegance.
Only the residential portion is being sold and so far several duplex units have been sold as high as in the range of RM3,000 to RM3,300 psf, making them some of the country’s highest price locked-in for a residential unit sold by a developer.
The residential portion has 242 residences, ranging from studio to seven-bedroom units. Property developer, Venus Assets Sdn Bhd is proud to say that its penthouses, measuring 11,900 sq ft, were booked years ahead of the project’s official launch in January 2013.
Venus Assets Sdn Bhd is controlled by Singapore-based tycoon Tan Sri Ong Beng Seng and Malaysian partners Tan Sri Syed Yusof Tun Syed Nasir and Selangor’s Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.
In total, the entire mixed-use development will offer 1.4 million square feet in gross floor area (GFA).
The first six floors of the complex have been allocated to the luxury mall, Shoppes at Four Seasons Place. It is positioned as a niche, trend-setting mall with largely international designer tenants, with a total offering of 300,000 sq ft in GFA.
Its appointed retail consultant is DTZ Nawawi Tie Leung Sdn Bhd, and the mall is scheduled for opening later in 2017.
