Jointly developed by Naza TTDI and Prasarana Malaysia, the development is located on a 1.01-acre leasehold commercial land at Persiaran Zaaba, TTDI.

TTDI Segaris comprises a total of 185 units, of which 153 are duplexes with double-volume high ceiling while the rest are non-duplex units.

The built-ups range from 721 sq ft to 1,464 sq ft and the units are priced at RM1,100 psf, with an expected completion date of 48 months from the signing of the sale and purchase agreement (SPA). Maintenance fee is estimated at RM0.40 psf.

The duplex unit sizes are 721 sq ft (1 bedder), 915 sq ft (1+1 bedder), 1,249 sq ft (2+1 bedder) and 1,464 sq ft (3 bedder). The non-duplex unit sizes are 915 sq ft and 926 sq ft, which are 1+1 and 2 bedrooms respectively.

Units at TTDI Segaris will either have a north, east or south orientation. Units will have views of TTDI, Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) and Bandar Utama/Tropicana.

All units are partially-furnished with kitchen cabinet, hood and hob, fridge and oven, washer and dryer. There will also be one air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom and one air-conditioning unit in the living area.

Each floor will only have 11 units served by 4 lifts. There will be 8 floors of podium carpark for residents and one level of basement carpark exclusively for visitors.

Units with a built-ups of 721 sq ft to 926 sq ft will have 1 parking bay whereas units with sizes above 1,249 sq ft will be offered 3 parking bays.

The architect behind this project is Hijjas Kasturi Associates, and the landscape architect is MLA Landscape Architect.

The developers described the project’s unit designs as resort-like, and this “home resort” theme is extended to its three facility zones, namely Lifestyle Zone, Family Zone and Neighbourhood Zone.

The Lifestyle Zone is characterised by resort living ambience and houses facilities such as an 30m infinity pool, jacuzzi, sun deck, aromatherapy garden and a well-equipped gym.

The Family Zone provides facilities for children including multi-purpose spaces for outdoor communal activities, a family BBQ patio, wading pool, panorama lounge and a surau.

Meanwhile the Neighbourhood Zone has a café amidst lush green landscape with pedestrian-friendly pathways.

The high-rise residential project’s site is close to the upcoming TTDI mass rapid transit (MRT) station which is part of the Sungai Buloh–Kajang Line.

It is also in close proximity to various key highways such as the Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway, Lebuhraya Damansara–Puchong and SPRINT Highway.
